This was one of the coolest, spontaneous moments I’ve seen during a first dance.  Guests picked up the votives on their table, and everyone held them and swayed with the music.  Just an absolutely awesome atmosphere!

Michael’s grandfather, in his eighties, was unreal on the dance floor!  How impressive is this?!  I hope Kurtis and I can dance like that when we’re his age

Now that’s a good party, eh?  We couldn’t have imagined a better finale than Michael and his mom doing the robot!

Jennifer and I were so excited for this wedding.  It was our first Orthodox wedding.  And we knew there were so many great traditions during the ceremony that would be amazing to be able to document.  And they encouraged us to get really close during the entire ceremony.  What more could you ask for!!!  Well how about having one of the sweetest brides we’ve ever had!  In fact, both families were great to work with and very welcoming.  It was great to be part of this day.  Alright, enough of the mushy stuff… let’s get to the photos.

I was instantly shot back to my art history classes at ISU when we walked into the church.  There were beautiful icons around the entire place.

Rachel and Luke – Thank you two so much for letting us take in such a special day in your lives together.  We had a great time meeting your families and spending the day with you all.  There’s a lot more photos to come.
