We appreciate you stopping by, and we hope you do often! We are the Bloggersocks, er Bowersocks, and this is the place where we blog our socks off. And where we share our thoughts and works on life, love, family and freedom. On many weekends we're given the honor of recording one of life's biggest blessings - marriage. Seriously, what's better than photographing beautiful, happy people in love? Other times we're allowed a glimpse into the love and joy that abounds in so many families. That's pretty awesome too. And in between, we can't get enough of our family, friends, good food and the outdoors. Life is good, indeed!
She’s having a baby! Numero tres!
Just a couple of weeks away, she’s beautiful as ever. Have you seen a more perfect baby belly?!
Stephanie is busy nesting…we walked into a kitchen countertop full of dozens of cookies. She was gracious enough to share one of her Cherry Oatmeal delights! The remainder were left to be frozen for the coming weeks.
It’s hard to believe this family can become more beautiful…
Stay tuned for baby’s arrival!! Hopefully we can make it before baby gets eaten! :D

West Lafayette: Land of the Boilermakers and the site of our most recent engagement session with Michelle and Justin. Importantly, it’s where they fell in love, and so it holds a special place!
The story begins here…at their collegiate greek homes, separated only by several feet of pavement.
They enjoyed many football Saturdays cheering on the Black & Gold.
Along with Purdue Pete!
They canoodled at Harry’s. Often 
And in between enjoyed each other’s company around the campus hot spots.

That’s just the beginning…the wedding is coming very soon…and we can’t wait!!
Let’s just say we LOVE the Thompsons! They are so sweet, so cool and laid-back…really, our ideal clientele! You know that our photo shoots mainly revolve around play, fun and natural action. They ignored us when it was time and did their thing together. The result is some wonderful images of a wonderful family. My favorite part was when Toy Story’s Woody and Buzz made an appearance (you’ll have to see below). I’m a big fan and still own a small Woody doll I acquired after the original Toy Story movie! Great stuff. Thank you, Thompsons!
Sarah and Tom married at the beautiful White Chapel on the campus of Rose Hulman. They continued their celebration at St. Mary of the Woods in LeFer Hall. YES, awesome backdrops for awesome people! I loved the cobalt blue bridesmaids dresses, and Sarah coordinated with her blue shoes. The wedding party was tons of fun, and we enjoyed all the fun that they brought along! Everyone made us feel welcome and special to be a part of the day…we are so thankful for that. You all knock our socks off!!
